Meetings

Board of Directors meetings are always open to residents and generally held on the second Tuesday of each month.  Meetings are announced here on this site, or by posting a notice on a sign at the entranceway.  Currently, the board meets at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church located at 2800 W. Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne Fl.  Minutes from each meeting are not posted until approved by the Board of Directors at the following meeting.
