The mission of the Board of Directors is two fold- to server the membership and maintain, or increase, property value.  In order to keep our community's livability high, we must enforce the Covenants and Restrictions.  As our community grows, we have an obligation to support the needs of our membership.  The Covenants that govern our subdivision allow for, and stipulate that, they may be amended or added too.

In the spirit of ethics, and in the necessity of the needs of our community, a Rules and Regulation Committee was created.  Its purpose was to place into existence legislative measures that enhanced the mission of the Board of Directors.  Designed with the best interest of the Magnolia Lakes membership, rules and regulations were created on a number of issues.  Revisable and malleable, these rules bridge the gap between what the Covenants do not specifically cover, and what the membership believes should be common practice for everyone residing in Magnolia Lakes. The Committee will continue to enhance the neighborhood we live in by creating common sense language, relying on our resident's needs and input.
