With summer rain on the way, mushrooms are starting to pop again. These are poisonous and should not be eaten. If you’re wondering how to get rid of them, GetRidOfThings.com has some advice. Probably the most important is to pick them as soon as you see them popping up. This helps to prevent the spores from spreading not only to your own lawn, but to others in the neighborhood. Talk to your neighbors and make it a team effort.
With the approach of Summer, the Board would like to remind everyone of the pool rules. The pool is Community property so we all need to work together to keep it safe and keep it clean.
Our janitor has reported that some of the rules above are being violated by residents. The gate has been found propped open on more than one occasion. This is violation of city ordinances and can result in the pool being closed. Bottles and other trash are being left lying around to become a hazard to other residents and their children.
These problems cannot be tolerated, and we ask that ALL of the rules be obeyed at ALL times. Residents found in violation may be asked to surrender their pool key, and prohibited from using community facilities.
