Santa Claus will be in Magnolia Lakes for his annual meet & greet on Saturday December 7, 2019. Your HOA board will be providing hot chocolate and donuts for the kids. Put on your Christmas Spirit and come on down
Due to lack of interest, or commitment our upcoming back to school party has been canceled.
Summer vacation is just beginning but the newly reorganized Social Committee of the Magnolia Lakes HOA is planning a Back to School pool party and barbeque for Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 1 PM to 3 PM.
There will be hamburgers and hot dogs provided by Towers Management Group and your Board Members will be doing the cooking and serving.
There will also be pool relay races with prizes awarded and each child will receive a back to school gift bag.
It is necessary for us to have a headcount in order to make sure we have enough food and gifts, so please RSVP by Friday, August 9 2019.
Do you want to be “Social?”
The newly formed Social Committee needs you! We are looking for five Magnolia Lakes residents to plan and help carry out two, free social committee events a year for our community. One will be for kids (accompanied by an adult) and the other will be “Adults Only.” There is very little “work” to do as your Board Members will do most of that. We need your ideas, wisdom and social skills. Couples are welcome and encouraged. If interested, please contact Leonabraun@gmail.com
