2013 Assessment Notice

It’s that time of year again.  The 2013 Budget has been approved and the 2013 Assessment Notice has arrived in our mailbox. The 2013 assessment is $250.00 and is due on January 1, 2013.

Our goal this year is to have every home owner pay their assessment on or before this day.

This will save the HOA from having to send out costly reminder notices.  We would rather spend money on community events instead of postage. So please mail your assessment today.

If you’ve lost your paper notice, you can print the PDF file linked above, or you can mail your check to Space Coast Property Management at the address below.

Be sure and include your name and street address so you receive proper credit.

2012 Bring A Dish Picnic

2012 Bring A Dish Picnic

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
at the Basketball Court

Bring a covered side dish to share, and a chair for you, and your loved ones. Space Coast Property Management Co. will provide and cook up the hotdogs and hamburgers. The HOA will provide cold drinks, chips and hot beverages too if it’s chilly.  There will be a Castle bounce house for the kiddies to romp in.

AND

We heard that Santa Claus, A.K.A., Chris Kringle, Saint Nick, Saint Nicolas, Father Christmas will be vacationing in Melbourne, Florida at the same time we plan to hold our picnic, so we decided to put in a call and invite him to our neighborhood picnic.

GUESS WHAT?

He accepted our invitation, and will be making an appearance during the picnic.
